Theophanies Prophets Today

one sent
    to carry needs
         back to Him
bearers of the word
to His people
       a desirable gift
      this sign from heaven
informing
      of the truth of the Lord

a prophet like Moses

outside of the ordinary
beyond the usual
waiting on God
            only moving
            at the divine word
prompted
as the Lord lives
           by the Holy Spirit
trusted
obeyed
&provided for

a prophet like Moses

one sent

moving
only at the divine word
              of the Lord
waiting
      on God
being there
    sensitive
       with awareness
of the word
      a living present 
                     reality
visions
sights
appearances&likeness
speaking
          His word

hear with my ears
     fruit of His thoughts
vivid
&visual
     the Lord is here
with
blessings
    for the
              river of life
