The Young Girl On the Computer
how can i discribe this beauty
on this paper how can i display
how can i tell what my eye's adore
and get the point across that this is more
this thing that is youthfull
this thing being young
has no knowledge of wrinkles
or ageing begun
she sits a few feet away
never to know that this poem
is being writen about her
the librarian called her name
Leah. but this was no leah
this was Rachel in all her glory
the sight jacob labored seven years for
and then again seven more
she sit's in the wrapings of youth
the jewel any father would adore
the prize made for a prince
i wonder does she have the sence
and i so lucky from time to time
glance over her way
her skinny arm
her frizzied hair
and now she's leaving
to the copy machine to get her work
and those low cut jeans
soon now. oh she came back
she must know that i'm writing this
or God his providence provides a frame
this creation deserves an encore
lucky i found out her name
