BJ, The sunny days have been fun but we had a change yesterday and another cold front came through which was nice but we did not get any rain from it as I had hoped. I appreciate your visit to my page. It is always uplifting to have such nice comments. Sara

Hi Sara i have caught such a bad flu virus that i'v stiil got the flu 2 months down the line, i have had 6 lots of antibiotics and I still have not got rid of it completely. Others have had the same as me, it is more like a super bug. Enjoyed you poem and your Yellow Umbrella protecting your chest. Be well, hugs blessings, Jennifer. jENNIFER.

Jennifer, So sad to learn you have been sick and still are not well. I haven't had the flu this year and I thank God that I have not. I get the immunizations every year but I have had the flu a time or two or maybe three and it is not something one would want to have. I appreciate you dropping by and taking time to comment. Sara

Excellent. Words well chosen and so descriptive and with genuine feeling. I have not done a concrete poem. Best regards David in NZ

Thank you, David. I guess you can take on a concrete or shape poem and see what you can do. Sara

Sara, love your message and the lovely umbrella shape you created... these are challenging to do and you obviously put a lot of time and thought into it. I thank God for the sunny day, and for umbrellas on the rainy days (though the poor woman in the picture needs a second umbrella for her cold, bare legs!) God bless your day ~ John

John, Yes, I bet those legs were cold and wet. She will probably need to sit near the source of heat to warm up when she makes it inside. Thanks for the nice review of my work. Sara

Ah, this is so well-executed, Sara! Especially love that handle -- 'today' -- at the bottom. It's the perfect finishing touch. (Here's to sunshine!) Cheers, Gershon

Eve, I have seen that especially on movies depicting the old south or in England, but I tried it once and it was much hotter down here in the south under that umbrella. I guess maybe I needed a white umbrella. Your visit to my page is much appreciated. Sara
