The Wright Answer

The Correct Wright Answer By: Tom Wright 2-18-2008 Oh, if I could only change incidents past Hurtful memories from my mind I’d rid A curse, from teen years, on me was cast A curse unwanted, on which I did not bid With this painful thing I continually wallow Knowing we’ll be twins until I’m laid a grave It’s impossible to change, accept, or swallow Often, my thoughts have become its slave I’ve petitioned the Lord to grant me relief That I, through Him, might soon be at rest It hasn’t happened, not because of unbelief And though I’m tormented, God, knows best
