The World Is Beautiful
The world is beautiful,
And so are you.
The sky is blue,
And so am I,
Since you’ve gone away.
Come back like refreshing rain,
After hot summer days;
Sweep me off my feet again,
Like the strong west wind.
Bring sunshine back into my life –
Burn me with your golden rays.
Set me on fire with you passion –
Love me in the bright moonlight,
Underneath a starry sky;
Then the world will be beautiful,
And so will you and I.
