The Word Got Out

The word got out! A Northeaster storm is coming tomorrow, late. The grocery store was like everyone from across the state! It was a dangerous place to be today. (lol) Almost getting run over by carts in the way. Could barely get through to sections of food. People stocking up in a very rushed mood. Lines so long, carts so full, it was quite a sight. You would think we will be snowed in a month, not a night! Heidi Sands

Really good poem, Heidi. True insight into human nature. If people be like the ant, they then they won't be so panic driven. Prepare by storing up a little each day. That little will turn into a lot, more than enough to ride any storm out. Very wise poem. Happy New Year. May the light of love give you a path to peace.

Oh...I remember an event when shops and stores were full of people..It was at Sadam Hussein's Iraqi war time.They were saying its gonna be a world war 3 .I remember mum stocking up all cupboards .: )Its hectic and funny at the same time..Hope it snows in ways you can enjoy it...and not in ways it wont let you get out..Enjpyed this.

I went through that here once when a hurricane was heading this way and it was no fun at all...and all I was trying to do was get to the beer. :) Nice one Heidi, I hope the storm isn't too bad.

It was crazy Chris. I hope you got your beer, lol. Hopefully not too bad with the storm, but they say over a foot with wind.
