The WONDER of Bread


you can
butter it
toast it
spam it
jam it
roll it
in a ball
green egg
and ham it
slather it with
anything  that
can be spread
but you can’t
make a sandwich
without bread.

Goodness though, now you just made me hungry reading this, so many yummy possibilities with bread. So true, how one can't make sandwich without bread-- made me think how I think it was the Earl of Sandwich, being so intent to play his card games one handed, he thought of having his meats as filling for bread. It was the perfect bed for a Fluff-er-nutter sandwich..??? that's Peanut Butter and Marshmallow Fluff as combination that is probably banned in all the healthy eating domiciles of the world....BUT OH SO DELICIOUS....

Mostly I remember the jingles....but not what they were selling.
