The Women In My Family

The women in my family,
The hands that are the works of art,
Chains of love,
The touch of serenity.
She wipes the tears,
The pains of the heart,
While her own remain latent 
Unheard in the silent night.
She can bring 
The slightest ripples of laughter
In the darkest moments of light.
A name, that can't be defined 
But rather be felt 
Like the symbol she bears.
