curse black jellybeans

Zombie doctors, unbeating hearts out of whack
raisins giving back

Mad scientists, green goggles, double helix
rejecting trail mix

Undead bug blasters, squishing out eight-legged lice
No to apple slice

String cheese does not bring
Candy's following

Really clever use of this form to describe the ghoulish trick-or-treaters in line 1 and the health food snacks they reject in line 2. I remember trick-or-treating as a kid (back in the Teddy Roosevelt administration) and receiving Alka-Seltzer tablets for indigestion! Very funny - wish I'd brought an egg for his front window! Super fun to read, thank you for the recommendation (which I just saw today, sadly!)

Reminds me of some lady (probably married to or was a dentist herself) handing out toothbrushes for Halloween! Word spread fast not to go to her place! LOL. Loved these! Have a Happy Halloween! : )
