"save us oh save us"
they cry to the man
"the comet is coming
save us if you can!"
"I can I can"
claims the wise old man
"I can I can
but why should I?
'cause you demand?"
"you should, now hurry"
"Whats the rush,
Whats the worry?"
" the comet is coming
save us please"
"you can save yourself
with the greatest of ease."
"but how - but how"
"just watch and see
what this comet can do for thee..."
