The Winter Has Frozen My Heart

The winter has frozen my heart.
My heart is cold and hard,
all my creativity has dried up.
The wind, the storms have blown away my inspriation and ideas.
The darkness has put a lid on the verse and rhyme.
                                              But now spring is here,
and the heart begins to thaw,
                                         and creativity begin to sprout.
The wind, the storms are over,
now it's just a breeze that whispers of inspiration and ideas.
The darkness has gone over to the light,
which flashes of verse and rhyme.
