The Whispering Tone
some have a voice &
the ability to curb that voice
so that it smooths itself out
like a new satin sheet
catering to the most sensitive of
hearing &
dancing upon the erogenous hot spots
within & around the ear,
where a gentle slow down of all things
can wash over
like the ebb & flow of an analgesic opiate
moving through the brain & down the
spine,
as if there was a mission being had
where all the pains were being sought out &
systematically destroyed in some unspeakable battle
that allows someone secretly touched in such a manner
being stroked inside by the fondling fingers of
that perfectly sensual tone,
to get off easy---
literally.
