The Wearing of the Green

As I gaze over my valley It is such a pretty scene. I suspect it’s much like Ireland With the wearing of the green. And although she won’t be marching In St Patrick’s big parade, She is ready for the party And her plans have all been made. Dressed in various greens of springtime, With bright colors in between, There’s no place that can outdo her In the wearing of the green.
