The Way Home

“The Way Home”



I close my eyes, and
dream in reverse of
The Great Contretemps

The feared no-go zone
a minor drop in the ocean 
too swift a journey 
now we walk together, 


HOME


to the warm shores
of 

LOVE 
I walk calmly at peace, there,


... there, you step in time beside me,


steadily, strength garnered from 
mistakes’ failures 
a final great 


VICTORY

I am sorry to hear you are doing it tough. We all go through it at some point in our lives, no one is pristine, or perfect. That would make a person self-righteous. If you are not totally alone and a person does have a strong support network of family and friends, that is the time to not isolate and reach out to them for love and support. Easier said than done for some I guess. But we all make it "Home" eventually, hopefully to that place somewhere deep inside us that houses our Higher Self. x Thanks for reading A.M.
