The Waltz of Wellness

Wellness varies greatly in us all.
We reach to God in His great Hall,

To have us please, be better now.
        Stop the pain, please somehow?

Sometimes pain goes on, to teach,
That life is anything but a peach.

We learn our poetry reflects our soul!
Whether sick or well is that not our ultimate goal?

        Not trophied sophistication?
Just us, in our open, realistic, presentation!

I wish i understood why i have had so many painful conditions since my 30's and today another one that is driving me insane. maybe it is God's way to prepare us to WISH for death and not be so upset to have to die. haha (gotta look for the silver lining of the cloud)

People are grateful just to be alive, Andrea! God does not wish you or me to die just because of pain. Their are children with cancer., remember? You are way talented, with a family, friends, too. Find a sane way to heal. Many of us were near death. You Will heal as we have. When the time looked darkest. Have faith, my friend......Pangie.

Someday we will know the truth~for now, we just do our best, hanging in there. Pain is a huge distraction, not to get mad at one's self for yelling every so often. I have let out a few curses every now and then. It's human. Joe.

Joe, I love your honesty. I am not here to judge you. We are lucky if a compassionate person cares for us. In my case, itt is by daaughter, ELAINA. TWO MONTHTS was a long time. I should have named her, Compassion or Mercy. And she still sees to my care. I call that,”blessed”. Pangie

Yes, we 'weak humans' reach out to G-d, Who has the power to heal us, and we beseech Him to stop the pain... As well we should. For what kind of life is unbearable, constant pain? OK. Just sayin'... And just sayin' that I really like the first two couplets, esp. the second one. Poignant penning, Pangie! Keep the Faith, Gershon

Nice to hear from you, Gershon. We must reach out to God...even in a godless world. I like the couplets also. They are wonderfully earthy. Pangie
