The Village Venus

Momentos of Harry Cox
The wife has stuffed in her box
She always wants more
I don't know what for
She's just as sly as a fox!

G’day Rico … sounds like a bit of a gold digger but if Harry keeps drooling, she will keep stuffing - thanks Rico - Lindsay

:) Makes you wonder how much more she wants. Hmm, I don't think I wanna know. She is sly as a fox, and as sneaky as one too. Your thoughts bring a smile. Thank you for that. :) Brandy

Reminds me of an ancestor persecuted by her religion for having nine sons by nine different fathers, but honoured by HRH for her one-and-only husband and 9-sons deaths in service of King and Country with the largest memorial in the church yard. So was it greed, or service to King and Country? Aloha! Rico

Wonder what "momentos" she saved? Very clever, Rico. You left me guessing... Hugs, carolyn

Perhaps she was Pandora, and who could guess what was in her box? Aloha! Rico
