The idea that our founding fathers intended anyone over 18 to possess enough firepower to destroy the entire continental army of 1776 is absurd, arrogate and dangerous. #repealthe2ndamendment *Arrogate: to take or claim an illegal right.

It is scary to think of that much firepower in the hands of immature 18 year olds or immature people of any age for that matter. But the sad truth is mass murders would still happen even if automatic weapons didn’t exist.
