The True Path To Healing - James 5: 16
God alone is the ultimate healer
only in His power can He heal
to achieve that go along the true path
there alone is the heavenly meal
Confession is the route for release
there we find forgiveness from God
by admitting our sins to each other
healing our souls He spreads abroad
Come to the Lord in faithful prayer
pray for each other to be healed
there God touches your sinful heart
like as if your inner soul is revealed
Be sure to pray with a fervent spirit
so you're effectual in all you say
there God will reward you much
your darkness will turn to day
The true path to healing
is found only in God's word
there is your medicine prescribed
for you're a lamb among His herd
("Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." ~James 5:16)
