:::The Tree Acknowledged:::
I was the first man, to descend from the trees
No cities or houses, just an innate desire to breed
Stumbling upon paradise, finding everything I need
And in exchange for a spare rib, God granted me Eve
A no brainier you could say, all things considered
She's so beautiful, my fig leaf is partially triggered
Along comes one caveat, well nothing's free I figured
Don't Eat From That Tree, as we both nervously tittered
Life was so wonderful, and enjoyment was of plenty
Rocked each others boat, quite a bit more than friendly
Except for a voice in that tree, always trying to tempt me
I told Eve to give it a wide berth, could well be some enemy
Most times after lunch, we cavorted in the stream
Laughing and teasing, one could say living the dream
Playing hide and seek, kiss n tell, you know what I mean
But something was still missing, knowledge or so it seemed
One day whilst hunting, leaving Eve home all alone
She got drawn to that tree, in her head a seed's sewn
If You Eat My Fruit, the mind of your maker will be known
Split this apple with pretty boy, and I swear all will be shown
Before dinner Eve asks me, to share a golden delicious
We craved more knowledge, it's desire, burning within us
So after a lifetime of obedience, we disobeyed Gods wishes
Ignorance proving to be most costly, of all human conditions
