The Treasures of Your Soul

The Soul Those who saw the ONLY TRUTH Had not since a word uttered And the ones who talk of it Are not through the VISION as yet Whole is that and whole is this Whole yields whole and still stays whole So say Holy men and Books What could one say more on SOUL World is untrue misleading Formed as it is by those five ‘Bhootas’, false, through which the truth Plays with us as forms and names What permeates and transcends this World unseen is but this truth All have come forth from that one All do survive in its grace Sense organs work overtime Joy and pain we feel through them They do take us through life’s paths Wealth and pleasure are what most seek Secrets of this life and world Seek some through these same false tools They know not their ways are wrong Soon they trip and fall to death Law of ‘Karma’ leads us on What follows are births and deaths Life on earth is so special For it gives one his rare chance Start by looking inward now Close your eyes to things outside Do your duties as prescribed Thoughts of its fruits are ‘no-no’ You will get a Teacher now Step by step he leads you on Soul will merge in soul supreme Bliss of Knowledge is for you For Gayle's contest

A complex view of what comprises the human being. We are souls who exist for a short time and then the spirit takes over for a better future. We do need that inward viewin order to find the wisdom to choose well. Wish this could be posted in apublic plac Jag, needs to be read by many! Luv, Elizabeth

We have 2 completely different religions and at the same time, I have a deep respect for your spiritual writes. Interesting information from someone who knows so little about your faith...You articulated your heart with great reverence! Gwendolen
