The Time Has Come

If the deli seems smelly
  and the fast food tastes rude
The time has come
  to cook your own food  

A piece of advice 
  ere you begin
Scrub and clean all the cookware
  before the ingredients go in

Sister and friend picked up chicken salad and were food poisoned over the weekend.Best eat at home.
