The Threshold

I stand on the threshold, in front of the gate my thoughts are raging inside Should I go forward, determine my fate? or should I run back and hide? The road's been easy up until now A few wrong turns on the way Should I keep going? I don't know how But if I don't, what will they say? On this side is everything that I know It's everything that I am If I cross over, where will I go? and can I come back again? If I turn back, will things still be the same? So much uncertainty So many questions, so little time Noone to answer but me The time has come now The die is now cast My choice to lose or to win I open the gate... Step into the abyss... Now let the game begin!
