The Threshing Floor
Oh come this fount of living water spring
These hearts aflame with life to bring
A love in you, respire to find
A chance to cast my chains aside
And run to you, will ever I be
Entangled with heart, forever and free.
Trickling with fate
This spring of joy to prostrate
Myself upon this threshing floor.
Without you, I shall never be free
Come my love and ravish me!
Covering your feet, I ask this of you
Take my heart and make me new.
Lover of this heart of mine
Take me dull but make me shine.
Redeemer, to you I do implore
Lead me from the threshing floor.
