The Tale of Chicken Parmigianna

                Chicken Parmigiana,
                Savory melted cheese.
                Mama Mia, that aroma,
                Brings me to my knees.
                Was enjoying my lunch,
                Till along came my cat.
                Chased her away, alas!
                The Parmigiana on the floor,
                Made a sad, tragic splat!

Reminds me of something that happened to me when I opened my refrigerator door one afternoon. The only exception was I had veal parmigiana. Good write.

Cute... and amazing how you coupled the cuteness with a nearly Shakespearean denouement -- SPLAT! Bravo! ~ Lit Crit

Gershon, voila! You caught it..."Lit Crit"~ you really kill me. Hope your weather warms up. Spring and sunny here. I will be grateful. Time for music. Capitol Hill is a no brain place now, protected by razor wire. Mishugenuts. Pangie xx
