The Sun's Encased inside My 'Bic'

Arid eyes burn in the Mohave heat where Camels eat and smoke dehydrated Frosted Flakes with mold and disease on them . . . preserving this mirage of life.

creative and unique poem. As I read it I wonder have you ever lived in or near a desert? I lived and worked outside El Paso for almost 20 years and became a 'desert rat' in the Chihuahuan Desert. Sometimes I miss the simplicity and beauty of what appears to be a barren desert. enjoy your day, Sara

Southern Cal is about as close to desert life I've experienced. As a boy scout, we did quite a bit of extremely careful camping.
