The Sun Of Man
The sun of man rises like the sun
up the ladder to his glory
In this way he shines like his father
bathing in waters of holy spirit
The liquid light is formed in darkness
& is the spark of every story
The birth of him spells many endings
but you must conceive before you see it
At the base is where you'll find it
wrapped in a blanket of its slumber
It dreams of the day you see its light
patiently waiting to awaken
You can count on seeing resurrection
as everybody has a number
Some will come before others like minute
hands but in the end all are taken
