fish out of water ~ drowns to death in an ocean of new blue yonder one can talk under water ~ is Aussie's saying one who's talkative like a duck takes to water ~ are folks showing off acting like a duck to dip one's toe in the water ~ are baby steps slow start to master one oar in water ~ is home lights left on while light in your brains is off get one's head above water ~ is to stand up tall and see how shallow
