The Subject
The Subject
The subject was tall with white flesh
No, that’s not it at all from what I saw
It was greenish with red things on top
Detective could we have a moment please
To reflect on these quandaries
Ten people gathered at the scene to give accounts
It was a crime in broad day light
Some say a knife…Some said a gun… Others saw a chair
All agreed that something had been used
Someone had to be accused
Police ran everywhere to find the fiend
Causing all this misery
The detective kept on writing into the night
Listening to testimony that seemed a little skewed
The subject is at large and if not found
Everyone is suspect
Everyone a subject of interest in this investigation
Subject to interrogation and have no doubt
All citizens of this town must be arrested
Until the subject is found out
