Our sky of midnight blue with stardust shines- while in our minds an endless span they share. Each brilliant speck, a star much like our Sun, defines the vast enormity within our stare. What lies between each blinking star's broad space? For sure, they're many billion miles away, where all, as our Earth's sun, may too embrace of what revolves as planets there to stay. Romantic is our sky neath starlit glow; so close, and yet so far- this makes us gasp. That space is relative to what we know; what lies between the stars, we cannot grasp. We wish upon the stars for peace and love. For now- for that alone, we stare above.
