The Soup
I'm glad to be part of the soup,
it has many flavors in the pot.
We are such an amazing group,
sometimes It's cold, I prefer hot.
Overall it is a great place,
i'm glad to be part of the soup.
Who knew I would like cyberspace?
I often come here to regroup.
Since being here I've gained new friends,
they have taught me many things.
I'm glad to be part of the soup,
when I'm here it makes my heart sing
It's a good place to learn and grow
I was taught by a gifted troop,
embracing what they had to show.
I'm glad to be part of the soup.

who suggested that I do this form.
A Quatern is a sixteen line French form composed of four quatrains. It is similar to the Kyrielle and the Retourne. It has a refrain that is in a different place in each quatrain. The first line of stanza one is the second line of stanza two, third line of stanza three, and fouth line of stanza four. A quatern has eight syllables per line.
