Notes About The Poem

One Week Of Winter In Lofoten, Norway

Lofoten - Norway

- The Small Country Norway -

Listen ~ I'm sure a competent musician could
not have come up with something better

Still we have much to learn from natures melody
We can not escape from the music

You need to change, we all need
Take a deep conversation with the nature

I don't think anyone really enjoys confrontation
Nevertheless, I see this as very important

Nature can not scream in pain, we must see the signals
The voice of nature ~ the music ... a ballad

So ~ for better or worse be a nature role model
Where goodness is sown ~ goodness will be harvested

Coming from NZ can relate to this poem. I am running a metal collection Project at present for my local church. Once again a crisp, clean poem with a message phrased in positive way. That is what I like to read. It is often hard to not dilute this type of message. Which is a call to action. David

I am aware you must be Norwegian. I'm am as well (1/2 mother & family) I love your poetry about that subject. Now that is a very limiting statement, isn't it? I meant I love your work and especially that which concerns Norway.

I would love to visit Norway and Sweden some day. My wife and I have lots of heritage there. Paula is more from Norway and I am more from Sweden. Few listen to the music that nature provides for us...sometimes its just the grass or leaves rustling in the breeze :)

The cliffs and the sea cry out to keep the land pristine. Awareness to our future generations is the key. Thank you for the important message in your poem. Have a great day. I am heading to sleep. You live in a beautiful place. ; )
