The Shepherd Dog

This morning I was looking at my dogs
My wife searched for these just by pictures
Got the bigger one about six years ago
The smaller one we just got four months ago
It occurred to me this morning
One is a Shepherd gather
He continues to walk around to gather 
All of my family checking on us
Bringing joy and love to all
The new dog is a chiwinnie got him as a pup
The fiercest attitude born within
He goes next door to bark at German shepherds 
Luckily they are in a fence and he is quick 
Our shepherd dog helps us catch him
When he is stubborn and wants to do his own thing
In this story the meaning of this 
Is I am gonna love this fierce chiwinnie 
And watch him grow to be like
The Shepherd Dog full of joy and love 
To settle that beast within he knows
Not where it came from

Now since we have to be away from home for long intervals, we stopped keeping pets at home......and I miss them much. I feel you are determined to make the aggressive grow into an amiable dog. My daughter had one which had some good points and some bad points. I guess the good outweighed the bad in its case. I enjoyed reading this one. Thank you for sharing and for dropping by my page. Yeah my wife just saw it as a pup and wanted it, my grandma always kept a Chihuahua sit on her lap and it only liked her attacked everyone else : )
