The Serpent

I'm unlucky to use my belly
to crawl on the ground
when it's hot and some times cold
as if am a lame.

I really struggle alone
to sleep in the cave, dirty and small
not like man who sleeps like a king
smart at home.

I wake up very soon
and start slowly the way
to look for food.
But what makes me cry,
the son of man strike my head.
Oh! i regret what i did.
