The Sea of Tranquility

The dead star’s basin,
The location on the moon.
The eagle landed,
  Neil Armstrong’s first step for man;
  One giant leap for mankind.

I hate to say it but I remember as a small child hearing when Kennedy was shot that and the moon landing are my first remembrances of history.

Great work, Raul. I have never thought of the crater as a "dead star's basin," but that's probably exactly what it is. Neil Armstrong is a national hero, a true "Profile in Courage."
