The Scrunch

Jack once had a romantic hunch,
Impressed Jess with a flower bunch,
Invited her to Sunday lunch,
They had grilled steak and nuts to munch,
Tried to kiss her, she packed a punch,
Now he walks about with a scrunch.

Cute one. I am guessing she did not like that attempt at a kiss. Reads like a good contender to me way to go. Thanks for your visit to my page. Sara

An enjoyable poem, Jo. I believe poor Jack had had little experience with women!:) I am sure after this 'lesson' he'll change tactics :) ~ Best regards // paul

Jack is an inexperienced lover. One lunch does not give him the right to become so familiar with a friend.
