The Saxophone

A lover's sigh in melancholy mood,
and breaths that never die in memories,
now float within a soulful interlude
and birthed from deep within ~ a melody.
Inanimate, yet still a lover's heart
that breathes and cries much like the morning mist.
I wait, impatient, 'til my song imparts
emotion that's been born from passion's lips.
