The Sands of Time

The sands of time flow quickly
Through the hourglass of time
We never know when the bells will toll
Or for whom the bells will chime
If only I had known
How quickly life would flow
I would hug my loved ones tighter
And never let them go
Not waiting for tomorrow
I say I love you every day
For the hourglass keeps flowing
I may only have today
I can’t hold back tomorrow
Nor halt the flowing sand
But I will treasure every moment
Until God holds out his hand

Thanks Juanita, time waits for no one I'm afraid...I used to count the years, now I count the days! Love, Bea

Thanks for stopping by Andrea...those sands do keep on flowing...but as long as they are...I'm happy!
