I’ve taken my fair share of risks over the years Tom, this one is probably more about what’s exactly going through the individuals mind, in that split second when you just cannot be sure who’s in charge of your life, hope you enjoyed the break, I’m off in march for a week, cheers David

Heya Alexis, the things that might keep us awake at night, do we pray when pulling the ripcord, or simply have faith it will open, cheers David

Thank you Paula, A question that may only be answered when pulling the ripcord, are we praying it opens or trusting that it will, cheers David

WOW, David, what an exquisitely composed Tanka. Your poem captivates me and leads me to ponder. You encompassed all facets of human intrigues and inquiries in a few words and five lines. The final two lines summarize the life fight.

The poser Lasaad I suppose is when the push comes to the shove, do we really put our absolute faith in human hands or a Gods trust, thank you so much for an understanding comment, cheers David
