The Rooster that Flew Across the Road 

There once was a rooster named Red.
He hated to get out of bed.
People laughed when he crowed.
So he ran across the road.
Halfway there, tires screeched, he flew instead.

Hi Dane Ann, Thank you for the websites. I found RedBubble very interesting, never knew about it! Great creative artwork, I paint as well, and have not done anything with my work. Opens new avenues! funny poem--on my Irish potato it is pretty much true, my ancestors did come over in the potato famine, I am not sure how many greats are in there, and there has been alot of farmers and they are sprinkled across from Virginia to texas in the southern areas.
