The Roads Behind Me

     The roads behind me veer
         off onto disappointments
            and dead-ends

      Dare I revisit them
          tempted by the neon flash
            of welcome signs

Never turn back. Always eyes forward. Do the good set upon your current path. Cast all your cares at the feet of the Lord.

your words are softly poignant, words I can relate to....to revisit or not? That's a deep question. Have a pleasant day, yellow rose
