The Road

You think you know me
You're easily deceived
No morphine
To ease reality
Don't judge me
I don't compare
To no one

When you look
You don't see with your eyes
So blinded that
That this times a lie
Can you feel the wind beneath your feet
no

My hearts so heated
I'm gasping for air
The end of this road
Is so unclear
But I'm not giving up on it
This is my time
I know it is

The road is so long
I cant find my way
The answers are unknown
I'm so afraid
Of losing
All that i have done so far

Can someone rescue me
These hardships are hitting
A barricade
Blocking my way
To find what
Is still unknown

And although these days get rough
I will still seem
To tough it up
Because i know
Serenity
Will be granted
To me

Feet of mine
Keep on going
We're half way there
This time i know it
Come along now
We got to make it
We will shine

Still a long time
Forever is here
Now the hard part
Is getting there
But hey now
Nothing comes without a fight

Honor, peace, and truth all align
My destiny is here
Watch me shine
I'm the strongest I'll ever be
You'll never again
See me weak on my knees
