The right to love
the right to love, is a beautiful thing.
rather we lose what important, or what we gain.
we strive for better but, better did not come.
what is special to us, we sometimes run.
you say it over, and done but, look at all of the fun.
it scares me, thinking everybody is the same.
day after day, i have been waiting to see you change.
we work past our problems but, you still have my heart.
to say it over, tears me apart.
there nothing wrong with be patient, and trying to restore.
we suppose to be a team, never will i let you hurt me any more.
the lies, the cheating, the deceit.
i shouldnt have to share, i need something that is just for me.
our memories got me thinking, did i make the right choice.
weeks go by, you haven't stopped by, or i haven't heard your voice.
i guess, the good one's get swept off, like a rug.
im glade to understand now, what it means to have the right to love.
