Who struggled with rhyming and meter
Forever nonplussed
He gave up in disgust
And said, “I can say anything and everything I choose in the last line.”

Ah, Ian...marvelous, and so true. You know, when you discover it's YOUR poem and you can do it however you like, it is enormously freeing. Write on, my friend.
