The Rainbow

God must have smiled when there so high He hung a rainbow in the sky, To reassure, assuage our fears. We've been so blessed for all these years With God's bright sign that He still cares And oversees this world's affairs. So when you see the storm clouds brew, Remember God's own oath to you. He's sending love in sweet accord With assurance that He keeps His word. BY: Joyce Johnson

Rainbows have always filled me with happiness, Joyce. They do, indeed, seem like signs from God that things will work out. You have truly brightened my day with this poem! Thank you and Merry Christmas. Love, Carolyn

As a child, I always imagined Rianbows as ribbons for the Angels hair. This is a very spiritual insight. Thank you for sharing Joyce, and thank you for your kind c omments. Love, Lainie
