The Question
The children ask their mothers:
"Who truly rules?"
The mothers,
wise in both worlds, answer:
"Power is a river with many sources. Some flow from wisdom, some from lobby, some from deeper wells. The question is not who rules, but whether they remember to listen to the earth's own voice, to honour both the new moon and the old wisdom that no constitution can contain."
