The Price
They say "stay in school kids!"
Wow!
How easy it is just to attend class
after class and class.
They went to school,
Not each one of them but most of them.
Some privileged with fund or jobs.
None were from home, none were from my home
my low and no income home
Stay in school kids,
easier said than done
Stay in school kids,
all the rich kids are cool,
Stay in school kids,
all the cool kids are on drugs.
Stay in school kids,
try to be cool like the cool kids.
Stay in school kids,
you're too poor to be cool
Stay in school kids,
study, study, hard.
Stay in school kids,
you will graduate and get a job.
Stay in school kids,
your job doesn't make you cool.
Stay in school kids,
your job keeps you off the streets.
Stay in school kids,
you now are safe.
To stay in school kids,
you need to go to school.
To go to school,
a price must paid.
Too bad you can't afford the price.
Too bad you don't have a job.
You don't have a job?
you should have went to school.
But how can you go to school?
if before school a price must be paid.
