The Power of Words
Words have their own power
which is mightier
than any wielded weapon
when use to strike
with an intent to slay
it can break a heart in an instant
it can cut and wound
so deep that healing takes time
It can maim a person for life
that makes him lose
his self confidence
and self esteem
But Words have its healing power too
which is stronger than any cure
when uttered at the right moment
when it is most needed to be heard
like a soft whisper
that soothes the heart
or a sincere compliment
that build confidence
or a comforting words
spoken with sincerity
that assuage grief
and allay fears
