The Power of We
My life is no longer just mines
It has also become connected with yours
Realizing now that things are not just about me…
Now transforming to the thoughts that can positively affect WE!
For I am a reflection of you now…
So when people observe my actions…they see more than just me…
And you’ve made me feel so lucky..
Motivating me to become the best person I can for WE!
For you and me…are one hell of a team
Accomplishing more together than I could have ever dreamed
I once thought I was invincible and thought all I needed was me…
Then you came into life and made the biggest believer out of me
For the simplest of things make the biggest impact…
For we move united ….
Realizing that things are so much harder when we become divided
For every time I come close to losing that connection with you….my entire day becomes out of sync
Goes to show me how my life can change in the second of a blink…
For I am no one when I try to stand alone…
I am nothing without you…
And deep in my heart I know this statement isn’t wrong…
My life truly changed when I made that decision to commit to you…
Giving you everything inside of me
Devotion, trust, love and sincerity
For this is truly the best decision I’ve ever made
And now that I’ve given my life to you Lord…
I know for a fact you won’t lead me astray …
