Innocence is a profound divine feature Like a lotus leaf unmoistened from all vice Extolled in sermon talks by every preacher Plunges like a cascade from the paradise Shines with the purity of jasmine flowers Like an unclouded crystalline dome, it gleams As melodic as a birdsong from towers Pristine like the quiescent water in streams Innocent people wish for others' welfare Their lives are open diaries in all spheres With no inhibitions all things they do share Their hearts unspoiled like stored honey for years Innocence is God as He is unattached Replicate Him and to Him perfectly matched.
