There are those bleak days Of cold wintery winds When the mind is frozen The ink flows not The factory of poetry is on strike Better pay demanded Better conditions Longer happy hours There are also those days When the mind can not stop Ideas flow faster than the pen Do you not love those glorious wonderful days When the poem factory is open for business

There are times when we all feel uninspired and nothing flows from pen to paper, often for weeks, months or years but that can change in a flash and before you know it something inspires you to write it down there and then.

An all too familiar story for me, Arthur. I do love those days when the poetry is flowing. I just hope my pen doesn't decide to run out of ink on that day... May your poetry factory never close down :) Keep up the great work!
